Pop Montreal is Here
It’s a great time of year to be in Montreal, especially now that the Pop Montreal festival has arrived once again. Starting today and lasting until Sunday the 25th, the city will be home to a myriad of art, film and cultural events, as well as what are sure to be some incredible live music performances. The next few days are so jam-packed with amazing events that it’s tough for me to even begin talking about them, just check out the full schedule here. What I will say, however, is how excited I am to see Arcade Fire play a free show at Place des Festival tomorrow night. This is one event there is no excuse for missing, make sure you arrive early! We’ll have more coverage from various events over the next few days, so stay tuned for that. For now, here are some tunes from a few of the folks performing this year.
