Mixtape Fridays
Happy April everyone. It’s hard to believe, but the school year is coming to a close. Spring is in the air and finals are just around the corner, so be sure to make the most of your time enjoying the great outdoors before you’re cooped up in the library again. If you’re in the mood to rage tonight, (and who isn’t really?) try to catch Boys Noize at Metropolis. He’s no stranger to Montreal, and we know from past experience that he can make Metropolis rock in a way that few others can. Metropolis will also be hosting The xx on Saturday, so it’ll be a busy weekend if you’re looking for great live music.
Before we get to our tunes this Friday, I’d like to take a step back to re-live the insanity that was the Woodwork Festival. If you couldn’t attend the festival (or if you just blacked-out that night), this video courtesy of our boy Tyler over at Tracklayer will give you a pretty good idea of what you missed. This video features clips from the performances of Sound of Stereo, Brodinski, Laidback Luke and Calvin Harris.
