Mixtape Fridays
Happy Friday everybody. It’s been another long week, but we’re finally closing in on the home stretch. The summer is winding down which means it’s time to pack the most fun possible into these few remaining weeks, so get out and enjoy yourselves while you still have the chance. We’ve been pretty busy around here, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up about a new blog recently started by a few of my good friends from Philly. The Illadelph Experiment may be in its infancy, but these guys definitely know their stuff so be sure to give them some love.
Now on to the music. Beataucue, Sharkslayer and Neoteric sent us our first mixtape this week to promote their upcoming Australian tour. While we won’t be able to make it down under to see these guys tear it up, this promo mix is the next best thing. Full of some great tracks that I hadn’t heard yet, it will definitely get you pumped for the show if you’re lucky enough to make it.
On Monday I told you about the new compilation from Sound Pellegrino, and today for your listening pleasure we have a new mix from one of their artists, Solo. His July mixtape for Jackmode won’t disappoint, so check it out.
