Mixtape Fridays
What’s up everyone. This week marked the official start of summer, which means that over the next few months we’re in for sweltering heat, awesome cookouts, pool parties and beer served with a slice of lime. It doesn’t get much better than that. In our brief time away from our beloved Montreal, don’t think that we’re going to start slacking on our concert coverage. On Sunday we’ll be heading to the Mann Music Center in Philly to catch Tokyo Police Club and Passion Pit. Should be a great show, stay tuned for pics and a recap as always.
Our first mixtape this week comes to us from Kenya (the DJ, not the country.) His Sun Hustler Mixtape is a perfect way to ring in the summer, a killer blend of disco beats and tropical grooves. So grab yourself a cold drink, lay out in the sun and enjoy.
Next up is a new mixtape from one of the heavyweights of French electro-house, Kavinsky. Check out his new synth-heavy Autocruise Mix.
