Happy Birthday To Us!

Hooray for birthdays! The New Montreal was founded exactly one year ago today, and it’s time to celebrate. The first year of this site has been more amazing than we ever could have imagined. We’ve found ourselves at more shows than is healthy, interviewed some of our idols, ventured to Tennessee for Bonnaroo, and even opened up a new site in Philly. None of this would have been possible without you, the readers, so a big thank you is definitely in order. The one thing this site has yet to do is make us rich, so hopefully you’ll just accept this collection of tracks as a token of our gratitude. Enjoy!

P.S. If you’re in Montreal, get out your snowsuits, because Igloofest starts tonight. You can expect to hear more from us about all the freezing outdoor electro goodness as the festival goes on.
