Well kids Halloween is coming up, and our friends over at The New Philadephia are throwing the rave of all raves in celebration. Get your costumes and your booze ready, because Udachi from New York’s legendary Trouble & Bass crew will headlining the festivities, along with help from some local Philly talent.
