Awkward…

This was just too funny/uncomfortable not to blog about.

Last night, of Montreal played a show at NYC’s Highline Ballroom. Firstly, let me explain that seeing of Montreal live is like a musical acid trip starring Kevin Barnes. It’s not unusual to see people dancing around in oversized masks or head to toe glitter jumpsuits. It’s not like their music isn’t eclectic enough, but add into the equation their crazy stage antics and you have a truly memorable experience.

So that sounds like enough for a good concert, right? Well, Susan Sarandon didn’t think so. At last night’s show in NYC, she came onstage, paraded around for a bit with the band, and then proceeded to spank two men dressed like pigs with a ruler. You know, no big deal.
